Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive for our travel company. The ideal candidate should be mature, stable, and capable of independently managing accounting responsibilities. Strong hands-on experience with Excel Software (non-Microsoft) is mandatory and is a key requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations

• Work extensively on Excel Software (non-Microsoft) for accounting activities

• Maintain vouchers, ledgers, receipts, and books of accounts

• Assist in account reconciliation and monthly closing

• Prepare MIS and financial reports

• Maintain accurate financial records

• Support audit requirements and documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payments, and related documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Mandatory proficiency in Excel Software (non-Microsoft)

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• Ability to handle responsibilities independently

• Mature, stable, and responsible personality

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Long-term and stable candidate preferred

• Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage
