Senior Accountant

Job Summary:-

Amtrade is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and financial reporting, with the ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain Purchase and Sales registers.
• Record bank transactions and journal entries.

2. Financial Documentation

• Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, and Purchase Orders.
• Maintain stock records and GRN entries.
• Maintain vendor and client ledgers.

3. Reconciliation

• Perform monthly reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors, and Bank accounts.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up where required.

4. Compliance & Taxation

• Assist in GST filing, TDS compliance, and statutory documentation.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial records.

5. Reporting

• Prepare periodic financial reports for management.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
• Required Candidate ProfileBachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reconciliation.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:-

• Experience in import/export documentation accounting will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and meet deadlines.

Location:- Sakinaka

Working Days:- Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:- 9 Hours
