1. Billing & Documentation AccuracyResponsibilities:

• Creation of Invoices, E-way Bills, Credit Notes

KPIs:

• 100% accurate billing (no errors)
• All invoices generated within 24 hours of dispatch
• Zero penalties due to E-way bill errors

2. Inventory Accounting & ControlResponsibilities:

• Maintain proper stock records and inventory valuation
• Coordination with warehouse for stock reconciliation

KPIs:

• Monthly stock reconciliation with zero mismatch tolerance (max 1–2%)
• Accurate tracking of inward & outward inventory
• No stock loss without proper justification

3. Financial ReportingResponsibilities:

• Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Reports

KPIs:

• Monthly reports submitted by 5th of every month
• 100% accuracy in financial statements
• Clear visibility of profit margins and cost control

4. Compliance & FilingsResponsibilities:

• Handling GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

KPIs:

• All filings done before deadlines
• Zero notices or penalties
• Proper documentation maintained for audits

5. Receivables & Payables ManagementResponsibilities:

• Tracking outstanding payments and vendor dues, inventort , stock statements

KPIs:

• Weekly outstanding report
• Reduction in overdue payments
• Strong follow-up system with clients/distributors

6. Audit & Process ControlResponsibilities:

• Supporting internal & external audits
• Maintaining proper financial systems

KPIs:

• Clean audit reports
• Proper file management (no missing documents)
• Smooth coordination with auditors

• Poor file management = immediate review
• Repeated errors in billing/accounting = performance warning
