Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and draft detailed architectural blueprints for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Develop 3D visualizations and models using SketchUp or similar tools for design presentations and concept development.
• Participate in all phases of the design process—from ideation and concept creation to construction documentation.
• Ensure that designs comply with zoning regulations, building codes, sustainability norms, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, consultants, and project stakeholders for coordinated project execution.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility assessments, and environmental impact studies.
• Present design concepts, revisions, and project progress to clients, stakeholders, and municipal bodies.
• Support senior architects and project leads with planning, documentation, and client coordination.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure design accuracy and project success.
• Conduct client meetings and effectively communicate design concepts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Certificate or diploma in Urban Planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills - visual, verbal, and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sustainable architecture and green building concepts.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Knowledge of project management practices and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital design and planning tools
• Client and stakeholder management skills.
