Senior Architect

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conceptualization and Design:

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget

constraints.

• Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and architectural plans based on client briefs and

site considerations.

• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar to create detailed

drawings and 3D models.

• Incorporate sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, and environmental

considerations into architectural designs.

2. Project Management:

• Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and other

professionals to integrate various aspects of the project.

• Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets.

• Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications,

and cost estimates.

• Ensure that projects adhere to relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and safety

standards
