Job Description

Sparsh Liaison Services is seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Senior Back Office Executive to manage and oversee government permissions, statutory approvals, and license renewals for our clients. This role is critical to the organization, as accuracy and timeliness in handling government documentation directly impact the validity and usability of client licenses.


The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, be deadline-driven, and demonstrate zero tolerance for errors, as even minor mistakes can lead to invalid licenses and regulatory setbacks.



Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of government permissions, approvals, and license renewals for assigned clients

• Preparation, verification, and submission of government-related documentation with absolute accuracy

• Ensure all applications comply with current government rules, regulations, and procedural requirements

• Maintain strict control over timelines, deadlines, and renewal schedules to avoid lapses or penalties

• Coordinate closely with clients, internal operations teams, and government departments

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication related to documentation status, clarifications, and approvals

• Provide clear, timely updates to clients on progress, delays, or additional requirements

• Maintain organized records of applications, approvals, licenses, and correspondence

• Identify potential risks or errors in documentation and proactively resolve them before submission

• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all client and government data

• Strong attention to detail with a proven record of error-free documentation

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders

• High level of accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) and document management systems

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in back office operations, government liaison, compliance, or license management

• Prior experience handling government permissions, statutory approvals, or regulatory documentation is mandatory

• Graduate in any discipline (additional certifications in compliance or administration will be an advantage)
