Role : SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Summary : We are looking for highly experienced Senior Analyst with strong expertise in the Core Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have deep domain knowledge, strong analytical skills, and expertise working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements in the Core Banking domain.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Write feature files in coordination with developers for Test Driven Development(TDD).
• Perform data analysis using SQL for business insights and validation.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and best practices.
• Support payments, financing and core banking-related initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Core Banking domain or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Payments, Financing, or Core Banking Systems.
• Experience in writing feature files for TDD.
• Good understanding of SDLC lifecycle.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
