Description
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to suggest improvements in services or products.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
