Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Location: Mumbai


Salary: 16k to 40k (Based on last drawn salary and process)


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from international clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Meet performance metrics and targets.


Requirements:

  • HSC or equivalent.
  • Prior BPO/customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent command on English language (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
  • Ability to work during night shifts or flexible hours.
  • Should have all the documents i.e. education, personal and experience
