Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Mumbai
Salary: 16k to 40k (Based on last drawn salary and process)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from international clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Meet performance metrics and targets.
Requirements:
- HSC or equivalent.
- Prior BPO/customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent command on English language (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
- Ability to work during night shifts or flexible hours.
- Should have all the documents i.e. education, personal and experience
