Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service, showcasing exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
  4. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
  6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and report to management for process improvement.
  7. Train and mentor junior customer service representatives.



Skills and Qualifications

  1. 1-6 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  2. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  3. Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  4. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  7. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
