Sr. Customer Service Executive || International Chat Process || MNC BPO_LY

We are hiring for international Chat _Non Voice process for a MNC Company.

Must have excellent communication skills.


Process: UK Banking (Chat)

Shift: 24*7 Rotational shift (Including night shift)

Week offs: 5 days working & any 2 rotational off

Qualification: Graduate (Freshers & Experienced , both can apply)

Salary :

For experienced - 28k in hand & 32 K CTC ( must have Min. 6 months of experience on paper in any BPO Domain)

For Fresher - 24k in hand & 28 K CTC


Job Description: 

* Manage international chats

* Resolve customers queries and complaints 

* Maintain high customer satisfaction 

*Handling multiple chats simultaneously 


Required skills: 

* Excellent verbal and written communication in English 

* Good listening and problem solving skills 

* Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy
