Job Description – Chat Process (UK Shift)
Position: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
Shift: UK Shift
- Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
- RequirementsPrior BPO experience or chat process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in rotational week offs and UK shift timings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
