Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to suggest improvements in services or products.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
