Job Title: Sr Executive - STAADPRO - Design (Structural Expert) (Fresher / 3-5 Years Experience)

Job Location: Bhiwandi.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Design with strong expertise in STAAD.Pro to lead and support the structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for industrial and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in interpreting codes, optimizing structural systems, and collaborating effectively across design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro for Steel structures.
• Prepare detailed structural design reports, calculation sheets, and documentation.
• Review architectural and civil inputs for design integration and accuracy.
• Ensure structural designs adhere to IS codes and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site engineers for design intent implementation.
• Support construction teams with technical clarifications during project execution.

Requirements:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred)
• Software Proficiency: STAADPRO (mandatory), AutoCAD, MS Excel
• Knowledge: Structural design standards, IS codes, RCC & steel design, basic foundation design
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and team collaboration
