Senior Field Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status and inquiries • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals as per client requirements and specifications • Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely order execution • Track orders and follow up to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards • Maintain client records, order history, and payment follow-ups

• Support sales teams in preparing MIS reports, sales reports, and forecasts • Ensure proper documentation for invoices, test certificates, delivery notes, and other client requirements • Handle basic client queries and provide prompt solutions or escalate as necessary • Maintain internal communication between sales, accounts, and operations
