Job Description

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting bank officials, relationship managers, and credit teams across multiple branches to build rapport and secure legal assignments for the firm. The role requires strong networking skills, daily field visits, and the ability to convert relationships into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct minimum 20 in-person meetings daily with bank branches, credit managers, recovery teams, and legal departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers, credit heads, and recovery officers.
  • Generate new legal assignments including loan documentation, recovery matters, DRT cases, SARFAESI matters, NCLT matters, and civil litigation.
  • Identify potential opportunities within banks and financial institutions for legal services.
  • Maintain a daily meeting tracker and report with details of branches visited and discussions held.
  • Coordinate with the internal legal team for follow-ups and execution of assignments.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with bank officials to convert discussions into mandates.
  • Attend banking events, industry meetings, and networking opportunities when required.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of banking legal services and recovery mechanisms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Minimum 20 meetings per day with bank branches or financial institutions.
  • Consistent pipeline of potential assignments from banks.
  • Conversion of meetings into new legal mandates and assignments.
  • Expansion of relationships across multiple bank branches.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong network within banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage field meetings daily.
  • Target-driven and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Basic understanding of banking, recovery processes, and legal services is preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong reporting and follow-up abilities.
