Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, versatile, and highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute end-to-end design solutions across digital, web, video, and print. This role demands strong design sensibilities and a deep understanding of branding, marketing, user experience, and modern visual storytelling. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both static and dynamic content creation, including web UI/UX and motion graphics, to support various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging static and motion content, including graphics, GIFs, videos, and ads for social media, digital platforms, and internal communication.
• Create and edit multimedia assets using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Craft high-quality visual content for brochures, pamphlets, logos, flyers, brand presentations, and offline campaigns.
• Design and manage user interfaces and experiences (UI/UX) for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and in-app experiences, using tools like Figma.
• Develop event webpages, promotional banners, and UI mockups with strong attention to brand consistency.
• Use AI-based image generation tools to enhance productivity and creative outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business needs into creative visual solutions.
• Support content creation with clear and compelling visual storytelling.
• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new design tools, UX best practices, and evolving tech to consistently innovate.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, interviews, product explainers, etc.)
