📍 Location: Bhandup, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

🕒 Work Model: Hybrid – Work From Home + Work From Office

📅 Working Days: 6 days working, additional 2nd & 4th Saturday OFF every month

🍽 Benefits: Lunch provided by the company on working Saturdays

💼 Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong design sense, industry-relevant experience, and leadership capability. The role requires handling premium design requirements for interior and furniture brands while coordinating with teams in a hybrid working environment.

🎨 Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality creatives for interior, furniture, lighting, and design brands
• Design marketing collaterals, social media creatives, presentations, and branding assets
• Work on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for static and motion designs
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity
• Lead and guide junior designers, review outputs, and ensure quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and brand expectations

🛠 Mandatory Skills & Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• AI-based design tools
• Strong visual sense aligned with interior & luxury brands
• Team leadership and coordination skills

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Graphic Designing
• Experience with interior, furniture, lighting, or design brands preferred
• Ability to lead a design team independently
• Candidate must have their own laptop for hybrid working
