Job Description: Graphic Designer (Real Estate Industry)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in real estate marketing. The candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visuals that promote real estate projects, enhance brand identity, and support marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, project booklets, and branding collaterals.
• Create social media creatives, reels thumbnails, ad banners, and promotional content for real estate campaigns.
• Develop layouts and designs for property listings, presentations, and emailers.
• Design project branding including logos, color themes, mood boards, and visual identity.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand project concepts and create attractive visuals.
• Edit and enhance property photos, site images, and walkthrough images.
• Create 2D/3D floor plans, project renders (if skilled), and location maps.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver within deadlines.
• Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure high-quality output.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
• Good understanding of real estate branding, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media design trends and marketing requirements.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visualization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• Preferred (Optional) Skills:Experience with UI/UX, video editing, or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Lumion).
• Understanding of digital marketing basics.
