Senior HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions across functions.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements along with lateral hiring (approximately 20%).
• Plan and execute monthly hiring targets, ensuring timely closures as per business needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors.
• Coordinate with multiple recruitment vendors to ensure quality sourcing and timely fulfillment of positions.
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports on a regular basis.
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with current and future business needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in NBFC / BFSI / Fintech sectors.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring, tele-caller hiring, and field role hiring.
• Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet hiring deadlines.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations will be an added advantage.
• Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline
• MBA in HR preferred
