Senior Interior Designer

1. Design Development

Create interior design concepts aligned with the brand’s visual identity and customer experience goals.

Develop 2D layouts, 3D renderings, and mood boards for new and remodeled outlets.

Ensure compliance with brand design guidelines while adapting to local architecture, materials, and market trends.

2. Space Planning

Prepare and review store layouts to ensure optimal customer flow, queue management, and staff ergonomics.

Coordinate with operations, kitchen planners, and MEP consultants for integrated designs.

3. Technical Documentation

Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and specifications for construction and interior fit-out.

Support procurement teams with material selection, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.

4. Project Coordination

Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors during the design and execution phases.

Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, quality, and brand standards are maintained.

Manage design revisions and ensure timely project delivery.

5. Brand Consistency & Innovation

Maintain a consistent brand image across outlets.

Propose new materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that enhance the customer experience.

Keep abreast of QSR design trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.

3–7 years of experience in retail, F&B, or QSR design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office; knowledge of 3D visualization tools preferred.

Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and furniture design.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
