Senior Interior Designer

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings at sites and Client office
• Take detailed notes during meetings, take measurements/photos of site
• Provide Designing support for lead 3D designer
• Create CAD drawings for client projects
• Prepare BOQ as per the design requirement
• Research décor and materials; provide pricing, availability, stock, etc
• Maintain spreadsheets with client selections/ finish materials
• Create a Timely Schedule for the designer, contractors, clients, vendors
• Update Project Execution spreadsheet daily with status of Project Completion
• Respond to client questions and concerns;
• Project updates
• Meet vendors, explain the design
• Site Visits for Monitoring timely & correct execution as per the design
• Take care of end to end site execution
• Lead the team of designers and interns into timely and flawless site handovers

Requirements:

• Graduated/ Post graduated with a degree in Interior design or Architecture
• Min experience of 2-3 years

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office
• AutoCAD
• Sketch up
