Senior Lead Conversion Specialist

Role Summary:-

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Lead Conversion Specialist to convert warm digital leads into walk-ins and course enrollments. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable training programs.

This is a performance-driven sales role requiring excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and disciplined follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Lead Management

• Call warm leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide course-related information.
• Maintain daily call records and lead updates in CRM or Excel.

2. Student Counseling

• Understand the student’s career goals and interests.
• Recommend suitable courses based on their aspirations.
• Build trust and rapport within the first interaction.

3. Conversion & Follow-ups

• Convince and motivate prospects to visit the center or enroll directly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Ensure maximum conversion of leads into walk-ins and admissions.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with center teams regarding scheduled walk-ins and enrollments.
• Share daily updates on lead status, bookings, and conversions.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)60–80 calls per day
• 25–35 meaningful conversations
• 8–12 bookings per day
• 40–60 walk-ins per week
• 8–15 enrollments per month
• Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 2–5 years in tele-calling, sales, or consultative selling
• Communication: Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
• Skills:Strong persuasion and closing skills
• Ability to build trust with prospective students
• Self-disciplined and target-oriented

Work Setup:-

• Work Setup100% Remote (Work From Home)
• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace required
• Laptop and calling setup required (Own)
• Daily reporting and performance tracking mandatory 

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9 Hours
