Job Summary:

Anjali Simi Travels is hiring a Senior Operations Executive to manage domestic and international tour operations. The role involves handling bookings, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth tour execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end tour operations – flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing.

* Handle bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes.

* Coordinate with vendors for quality services at the best rates.

* Prepare and verify travel documents and itineraries.

* Support clients during travel and resolve operational issues.

* Supervise junior staff and ensure workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

* Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.

* 3+ years of experience in tour operations.

* Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in travel software; fluent in English and Hindi.

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
