Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet specific job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and requirements.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
