About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across functions like Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Technology. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at building strong candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
• Source candidates via job portals (Apna, Work India), LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and manage offer-to-onboarding process.
• Track hiring metrics — TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1+ year of recruitment experience (BFSI/Fintech preferred).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and recruitment tools/HR software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
