Designation: Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior mandates
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate lifecycle till joining
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
• Updating MIS Tracker daily.
