Senior Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for appointing and activating distributors, driving secondary sales through distributors, and building strong retail coverage across the Mumbai Western Line. The role carries clear ownership of territory expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities -

Distributor Appointment & Activation :

Identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors in uncovered or under-penetrated areas

Conduct distributor capability assessment: infrastructure, reach, credit ability, manpower

Ensure proper onboarding, target setting, and beat planning with distributors

Activate distributors through product training, schemes, and launch support

Secondary Sales Execution :

Drive secondary sales by ensuring distributor-led retail billing

Joint market working with distributor salesmen to increase outlet productivity

Monitor daily secondary sales and push slow-moving SKUs

Expand numeric distribution across kiranas, supermarkets, and wholesalers

Retail Market Development :

Open new retail outlets and ensure repeat billing

Improve product visibility, placement, and in-store execution

Implement trade schemes and monitor on-ground compliance

Distributor Management :

Review distributor performance weekly vs targets

Ensure stock rotation, healthy inventory levels, and timely replenishment

Control market outstanding and support collections discipline

Market Intelligence & Reporting :

Track competitor pricing, margins, schemes, and new launches

Submit daily reports on distributor billing, outlet additions, and market feedback

Coordinate with internal teams for supply, schemes, and claims
