Elevate Parking Systems was established in 2012 and is engaged in the manufacturing, installation, and servicing of Multi-Level Stack Parking Systems, Passenger Lifts, and Car Lifts.


We provide customized parking solutions that match the décor and requirements of clients’ buildings, making systems attractive, user-friendly, and efficient. Our key clients include Builders, Developers, and Architects.



Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive responsible for selling Elevate Parking Systems and related products. The role involves customer interaction, business development, negotiations, and closing sales to support company growth.



Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle the complete assigned sales territory independently

• Generate enquiries through scouting and cold calling

• Handle enquiries, negotiate with clients, and close deals

• Visit customers across assigned locations

• Understand customer requirements and explain product technology & features

• Appoint new Dealers / Distributors on a project-to-project basis

• Visit Architects, Consultants & PMCs to promote company solutions

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments from enquiry to execution

• Follow up on payments and ensure sales realization within credit limits

• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, finalize orders, and communicate with HO

• Coordinate with Senior Management and Customers effectively

• Support training & development of new sales recruits



Knowledge & Skills Required

• Proven sales experience (Elevators / Parking Systems preferred)

• Good communication skills in English

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Fast learner with quick decision-making ability

• Passionate about sales and adaptable in a competitive market



Qualification & Experience

• Any Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience
