Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly aggressive and result-oriented sales professional who can independently follow up on abandoned carts and convert them into successful orders. This role requires continuous calling, objection handling, and a strong ability to close sales on the spot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to customers with abandoned carts.
  • Achieve a minimum of 200 conversions per day (individual target).
  • Understand customer requirements, product details, pricing and provide relevant information.
  • Handle customer objections, push for closure, and ensure payment completion.
  • Maintain detailed follow-ups, lead status, and closure records in CRM.
  • Report daily conversions, call numbers, and follow-up status to management.
  • Improve recovery rate by proactive engagement and customer persuasion.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hard-core sales / telesales / BPO sales / e-commerce conversion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong closing ability and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and high-volume calling.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with sales CRM tools.
  • Must be highly energetic, persistent, and self-driven.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with D2C brands, abandoned cart recovery, or aggressive telesales.
  • Experience in call centers with conversion targets.
  • Comfort with high follow-up frequency and long calling hours.

KPIs / Metrics:

  • Daily abandoned cart closures (min 200)
  • Conversion rate (%)
  • Number of calls per day
  • Revenue generated
