Job Description – Premium Sales Executive

Industry: Two-Wheeler Automobile (TVS Motor Company – Premium Range)

Job Role:

The Premium Sales Executive will be responsible for selling TVS premium motorcycles and scooters, delivering a superior customer experience, and building strong relationships with premium customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally in the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable premium 

                TVS models

• Explain product features, technology, pricing, finance options, and accessories

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides

• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales effectively

• Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks

• Ensure showroom display and premium brand standards are maintained

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams

• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Full time Diploma in Automobile / Graduate / 

                Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing / MBA

• Experience:

• 5 years in automobile or premium retail sales preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

•         Proficiency in English language preferred

• Customer-centric approach and professional appearance

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, billing, MS Excel)

• Passion for automobiles and sales
