Senior Tele Caller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident Back Office Telecaller to support our operations through effective communication and accurate data handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients/customers over calls, maintaining records, and assisting the back-office team with daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and customer coordination
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and responses
• Update data in systems, Excel sheets, or CRM software
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and internal departments as required
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when needed
• Prepare basic reports and daily call summaries
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data
