Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for UAE Chat & Telecallers to handle post-selection processing for customers who have already chosen a financial product (Credit Card, Personal Finance, SME, or Insurance) Hybrid Process (Chat and calling Process) . Your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth movement of each case from customer confirmation to final approval, issuance, or disbursal as per the respective partner’s process.


This is a hybrid process (Chat + Calling) requiring strong coordination, documentation accuracy, and follow-up skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle cases where the customer has already decided the product, variant, and key terms for UAE
  • Capture and submit applications through designated digital journeys, links, apps, or internal tools using the correct reference or agency codes wherever applicable.
  • Collect and verify KYC, income proofs, and other required documents as per product and partner guidelines.
  • Ensure that all required forms, consents, and authorizations are correctly filled, signed (physical or digital), and stored.
  • Track cases through all stages: Submitted → In Process → Pending → Approved → Issued/Disbursed → Rejected.
  • Coordinate with internal processing teams and external partner teams for login, verification, underwriting, and final decisioning.
  • Track each case through all stages (submitted, in-process, pending, approved, issued/disbursed, or rejected) and act on any additional requirements or queries.
  • Inform customers about documentation requirements, process steps, and status updates, ensuring a clear and professional experience.
  • Maintain accurate updates on every case in the CRM/Finqy system, including timestamps, actions taken, and final outcomes.
  • Achieve monthly targets on successful closures, activations, and turnaround time while adhering to compliance and quality standards.​

Process Ownership

  • Own end-to-end execution of different digital journeys provided by partners, including web-link-based applications, mobile app journeys, and internal platform workflows.
  • Ensure the correct use of agency, seller, or referral codes in every transaction so that mapping, tracking, and payouts are accurately recorded.
  • Validate that digital applications are fully completed, with no missing fields or mismatched data between forms and documents.
  • Accept and manage customer KYC and income documents through approved modes (such as scanned copies, uploads, or secure messaging), and ensure they meet partner acceptance norms.
  • Work within defined TATs for each partner/process and proactively follow up on pending items to avoid delays.
  • Highlight any recurring process issues, rejections, or gaps to supervisors so that product, process, or training improvements can be implemented.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Experience in financial product processing, telecalling, backend operations, or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong documentation and data-entry accuracy with good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Ability to understand and work across different partner processes, journeys, and checklists.
  • Good communication skills with a service-oriented approach and comfort using digital tools and apps.
  • Target-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • UAE calling and chat process will be preferred.
