Job Description: Gold Nest Research is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Advisors to promote and sell our flagship product, the Trade Package, to potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to present, promote, and sell the Trade Package.- Explain product benefits clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.- Understand client needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.- Follow up on leads generated through marketing and referrals.- Maintain accurate records of all calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.- Coordinate with the sales team and provide feedback on customer trends and preferences. Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales (preferably in financial products or advisory services).- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Self-motivated and target-driven.- Basic knowledge of trading and investment.
