• Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective sellers and customers
• Explain company services and onboard new sellers
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
• Maintain and update lead/customer data in Excel or CRM
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure conversions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
• Requirements Any Graduate
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred
