We are expanding our operations and looking for experienced and motivated Sr. Telecaller Executives to strengthen our seller acquisition and customer engagement team.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective sellers and customers
- Explain company services and onboard new sellers
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain and update lead/customer data in Excel or CRM
- Follow up with interested leads and ensure conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
- RequirementsAny Graduate
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred
