Senior Telesales Associate

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospects to introduce products/services and generate interest.
• Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls, address customer queries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads, nurture them, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Information Provision: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Data Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, update CRM systems, and maintain detailed call logs.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales/call targets.
• Customer Relations: Build strong rapport, understand customer needs, and ensure a positive experience.
