Senior Travel Consultant

Role Overview

As a Travel Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is:

➡ Convert inbound & outbound leads into confirmed travel bookings

➡ Understand client requirements and recommend the best-fit itineraries

➡ Build trust and close deals professionally

This is a target-driven role with strong earning potential for performers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle fresh travel inquiries (international & domestic)

Understand client requirements (budget, preferences, travel style)

Recommend suitable packages and custom itineraries

Share quotations and explain inclusions/exclusions clearly

Follow up consistently until closure

Handle objections confidently (pricing, comparison, hesitation)

Coordinate with ops team post confirmation

Maintain CRM updates and pipeline tracking

Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

1–3 years experience in travel sales (preferred)

Strong communication skills (English + Hindi mandatory)

Confident closer with negotiation skills

Experience selling international destinations (Japan, Europe, Bali, Dubai etc.) preferred

Target-driven and self-motivated

Good understanding of customer psychology

Basic CRM & Google Sheets knowledge
