About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who doesn’t just cut videos — but understands storytelling, pacing, and how content feels. Someone who can take an idea and elevate it through sharp edits, strong visuals, and smart use of tools (including AI).

What You’ll Do

• Edit high-quality videos across formats — ads, branded content, reels, and long-form
• Handle projects end-to-end: from raw footage to final delivery
• Collaborate with writers, directors, and designers to bring ideas to life
• Add creative inputs on pacing, transitions, music, and storytelling
• Shoot when required — understanding framing, lighting, and on-ground execution
• Use AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and experimentation in edits
• What We’re Looking ForStrong editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve or similar)
• Solid understanding of storytelling, timing, and visual grammar
• Experience in videography — framing, lighting, basic camera handling
• Fluency with AI tools for editing, enhancement, or content creation
• Ability to work fast without compromising on quality
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t need hand-holding

Bonus (But Great If You Have It)

• Experience in ad films / branded content
• Motion graphics skills
• Sense of internet culture & trends
