Senior Web Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Python (Django), Node.js, and React. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling end-to-end development, including design, development, deployment, and client interactions.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django, Node.js, and React
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

2. Deployment & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure
• Work with services like:
• EC2 (instance setup & management)
• RDS (database setup & tuning)
• S3 (storage & access control)
• Route 53 (DNS management)
• AWS WAF (basic security rules)
• GuardDuty & Inspector (basic monitoring & vulnerability insights)
• Handle CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows

3. Maintenance & Support

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability
• Monitor application performance and uptime
• Perform regular updates, patches, and optimizations

4. Client Interaction

• Participate in client calls to understand requirements
• Provide technical inputs and solution approaches
• Support during deployments, demos, and issue resolutions

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Python (Django Framework)
• Node.js
• React.js
• Good understanding of:
• REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Database systems (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MariaDB)
• Git and version control systems
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS services listed above

Other Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Good communication skills (for client interaction)
• Understanding of secure coding practices

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with Docker / containerization
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Exposure to security best practices / VAPT remediation
• Experience in LMS / EdTech platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
