Giftana is a gifting and lifestyle brand focused on creating meaningful experiences through thoughtfully curated products. We are growing our digital presence and are looking for an enthusiastic SEO Intern to help improve our website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings.

As an SEO Intern at Giftana, you will work closely with the marketing team to optimize our website and content for search engines. This role offers hands-on exposure to SEO strategies in the e-commerce and gifting space.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research using SEO tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Assist in on-page SEO activities (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization)
• Support off-page SEO efforts including backlink research and outreach
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Perform SEO audits and identify technical SEO issues
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to optimize blog posts and landing pages
• Track rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing
• Familiarity with SEO tools and Google Analytics is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field
