Required: Advanced SEO concepts (technical SEO, link building, algorithm updates), project management, and leadership skills. Strong self-learners with proven personal projects are welcome.
• Technical SEO Specialists: Handle site audits, fix technical issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, XML sitemaps), implement core web vitals improvements, and work with developers on site migrations. Required: HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript impacts on SEO, tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs Site Audit, and Google's PageSpeed Insights. Enthusiastic beginners with coding curiosity are welcome.
• On-Page SEO Specialists: Optimize individual pages: keyword research, meta tags, headings, content optimization, internal linking, and image alt texts. Collaborate with the content team for SEO-friendly writing. Required: Keyword tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner), on-page best practices, and basic content optimization. Quick learners who enjoy research are ideal.
• Content SEO Strategists: Plan content calendars based on keyword gaps, competitor analysis, topic clusters, and search intent. Guide writers on SEO-friendly content creation and perform content audits. Required: Topic research, SERP analysis, entity-based SEO, and tools like Surfer SEO or Frase. Beginners with strong writing/analytical skills are welcome; experience in blogging is a plus.
• Link Building/Off-Page Specialists: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach (email campaigns, guest posting, digital PR), broken link building, and resource page links.
