Service Coordinator
Location: Skyline Icon, Marol, Andheri East.
Role:
Handle service requests
Coordinate with field technicians/service engineers
Track service completion and follow-ups
Ensure timely service and good customer experience (CSAT/NPS)
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service coordination/service operations
Experience in Home Appliances/AC/Electronics service industry preferred
Experience coordinating with field technicians or service engineers
Good computer skills( MS Excel)
Good communication and coordination skills
(Immediate Joiners Preferred)
