Service Coordinator

Location: Skyline Icon, Marol, Andheri East.

Role:

Handle service requests, AMC's

Coordinate with field technicians/service engineers

Track service completion and follow-ups

Ensure timely service and good customer experience (TAT/CSAT/NPS)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service coordination/service operations
• Experience in Consumer Electronics (AC/ Fridge/ Washing Machine/ TV)
• Experience coordinating with field technicians or service engineers
• Good computer skills( MS Excel)
• Good communication and coordination skills
