We are an Authorised Service centre for Epson Digital Printers. We provide specialist Industrial Electronic repair services. A Complete PCB Re Work Station. We deals with printing machinery and equipments.
Job Profile & Responsibilities:
- Assessing clients' needs & Login the calls allocating to Engineers.
- Overseeing job training for the client care team
- Answering phone calls and emails, Receiving and resolving customer complaints
- Scheduling appointments for clients & Maintaining and tracking clients' service records
- Calculating quotations for products or services, Promoting products and services
Requirements/Preferences:
At least 1-2 years experience in service coordination, customer service or a related field
Familiarity with IT infrastructure. Immediate joining
