Job Description
- Install, test, and commission UPS systems (10 kVA – 1200 kVA) at client locations.
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance as per OEM standards.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot failures, and restore UPS operation within committed timelines.
- Manage rental UPS deployments—site readiness check, cabling, load testing, and handover.
- Maintain service history, job sheets, material consumption, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with inventory/warehouse for spares, batteries, and tools.
- Assist sales/BDM with technical site surveys and load assessments.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety practices and company SOPs.
- Provide customer training on UPS operation, alarms, and basic maintenance.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineering or OEM support.
