Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer (Electronics & Telecommunication) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of sonography (ultrasound) machines at customer locations. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Install and configure sonography machines at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine servicing and performance checks to ensure optimal machine functionality.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose technical issues, replace faulty components, and ensure quick resolution of machine breakdowns.
• Customer Support: Provide training and technical guidance to end-users on machine operation and maintenance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service logs, reports, and customer feedback records.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while handling medical equipment.
• Coordination: Work closely with sales, customer support, and R&D teams for seamless service execution.
