Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Service Engineer Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and maintain laboratory equipment and industrial/laboratory chillers
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues
Monitor chiller performance (temperature control, pressure levels, cooling efficiency)
Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and replacements
Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer satisfaction
