Job Title: Service Engineer

Experience Required: 5-10 Years

Qualification: Graduate ( Mechanical & Electrical Engineering)

Responsibilities

1. for Service Engineers Installation
2. & Commissioning: Ensure proper installation and setup of testing instruments at customer sites, followed by functionality verification.
3. Customer
4. Training: Train clients on the correct operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab instruments.
5. Preventive
6. & Breakdown Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance and timely repairs to minimize downtime and enhance instrument performance.
7. Technical
8. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote assistance for resolving technical issues faced by customers.
9. Calibration
10. & Quality Assurance: Perform calibration and validation of testing instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
11. Customer
12. Query Resolution: Address technical concerns and provide quick, effective solutions to customer inquiries.
13. Spare
14. Parts Management: Ensure the availability and timely replacement of critical spare parts to avoid service delays.
15. Service
16. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service visits, complaints, repairs, and customer feedback.
17. Adherence
18. to Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and industry guidelines while handling equipment and servicing instruments.
19. Collaboration
20. with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, production, and R&D teams to provide product improvement feedback and enhance service efficiency
21. Customer Site Visits (Bike required): Regularly visit customer locations for installation, service, and support.
