👨‍💼 Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Shift Manager to lead store operations at our 24×7 Chai Point outlet in Mumbai International Airport, Terminal 2. The role requires ensuring smooth shift operations, maintaining product quality and hygiene standards, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage store operations during the assigned shift.
2. Ensure adherence to brand standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
3. Handle cash management, billing, and inventory control.
4. Manage and motivate store staff to achieve daily operational goals.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
6. Coordinate with the operations and supply chain teams for timely stock replenishment.
7. Prepare daily reports and maintain operational documentation.

🎓 Eligibility & Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
• Min 2 years of experience in QSR / Café / Retail / Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts including night shifts (due to 24×7 store operations).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

📘 Training:

Comprehensive operational training will be provided during the onboarding phase.
