Shop Staff

The Shop Staff at an imitation jewellery wholesale shop is responsible for assisting retail buyers and bulk customers, managing product displays, handling billing, packing orders, and maintaining inventory. The role requires good product knowledge, customer handling skills, and attention to detail.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist retailers, resellers, and bulk buyers
• Show jewellery collections such as necklaces, earrings, bangles, bridal sets, and fashion accessories
• Explain product designs, pricing, and wholesale discounts
• Prepare and pack bulk orders carefully to avoid damage
• Handle billing, invoices, and payment collection (cash, UPI, bank transfer)
• Maintain stock records and update inventory regularly
• Arrange jewellery displays neatly and attractively
• Check product quality before dispatch
• Coordinate with suppliers for new stock arrivals
• Maintain cleanliness and security of high-value items
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10th/12th pass
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing and stock management
• Attention to detail (especially for counting and packing pieces)
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
• Experience in jewellery or wholesale shop preferred
• Work Environment:Wholesale market / jewellery market area
• May require long working hours during festive and wedding seasons
• Mostly standing work
