Job Description
We are a traditional Gujarati farsan, sweets & snacks shop located in Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West (Mumbai).
We are hiring multiple full-time staff members for long-term work.
Roles are defined, but staff are expected to help each other during free time, as is normal in a traditional shop environment.
Different Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on assignment and workload, work may include:
- Counter work: taking customer orders, handling counter sales
- Kitchen work: cooking farsan, sweets, snacks, frying & preparation
- Packing & packaging of farsan and sweets
- Cleaning of shop, kitchen, utensils
- General shop support as required
(Cook or kitchen staff may help with packing during free time, and counter/packing staff may help with basic cleaning when required.)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (in-hand, based on experience & role) [Salary Negotiable]
- Accommodation: Stay provided
- Food: 3 meals per day provided
- Holidays: Food / allowance provided on holidays
- Employment Type: Full-time, long-term
- Joining: Immediate joining preferred
Requirements
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Training provided for sincere candidates
- Must be hardworking, disciplined & hygienic
- Willing to learn and support team work
- Hindi / Gujarati speaking preferred
